Poppy Seed Dressing for Spinach Salad
I think a spinach salad deserves a super flavourful dressing. Swap in some balsamic for some of the ACV.

| ⅓ c | salad oil |
| ¼ c | cider vinegar |
| ¼ c | honey |
| 1 tbl | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tbl | poppy seeds |
| salt | |
| fresh ground pepper |

| Cuisinart |
Steps
- Add all ingredients to Cuisinart bowl.
- Process for a few minutes.
That is: salad oil, cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, salt & fresh ground pepper.
