Hot & Sour Soup

We worked just down the street from the Tu Do so we went maybe once a week and really liked this.

If it's not obvious: pouring the boiling stock over the sprouts and tomatoes in the bowl cooks them (as much as they need it.)

You can take this on a picnic - mix all the "stock" ingredients, put in one container and the vegetables in another
