Preheat oven to 375° Put the #Cuisinart{} bowl on the #scale{}, tare in the @butter{60g} & @sugar{60g}. Add @egg{1}, @salt{1/4 tsp} and @vanilla extract{1/2 tsp} and process to cream that ~{until the mixture is at room temperature} - several minutes. In the meantime, using more butter, margarine or shortening, well grease the centre four cavities of your #muffin tin OR two 3x6" loaf pans{} Back on the scale, tare in @banana{1} and enough @milk{< 1 cup} to make 200g for banana + milk and process ~{until there are only a few small lumps of banana} Tare in the @flour{160g}, add @baking powder{2 tsp}, and @baking soda{1/8 tsp}. Do not mix. When the oven is at temperature, process ~{4-5 seconds} until smooth-ish Distribute the batter into the loaf pans or greased muffin cavities. Bake muffins for ~{20 minutes} or tiny loafs for ~{25 minutes}; test with a toothpick a few minutes before the end.
